Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll be given permission to play with your food all workshop long! Create your own charcuterie board to take home and enjoy while you learn the best types of cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments to incorporate and pair together for a beautiful culinary masterpiece!

Charcuterie 101 Workshops are open to the public (ticket purchase required in advance) and hosted at spots around the community throughout the year. Upcoming workshop dates are listed on the next page when you click "Purchase Tickets"

You can also host your own PRIVATE workshop if you have a group of friends, co-workers or family members that would like to get together for a fun experience! Minimum group size of 8 is required: email hello@eatrutabagas.com to check availability.
